We’ll check-in your guests. Just have them call us or contact us through LINE, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger — whichever is more convenient to them. A team member will be there to communicate with them, meet and greet them, arrange key pickup, ensure that they have found and entered the room, and give them our contact information so we can help solve any problems they have. All without your involvement.
Relax. Your room will be cleaned as soon as your guest checks out - in time for the next arrival. And we make sure to check the room again before the guest comes back. We will do the linen laundry for you also so guests are sleeping on clean sheets, pillows and blankets. If required, we can clean during the duration of the guest stay as well.
Your rooms will be fully stocked with the essentials such as complimentary water, sodas, toiletries, soap, basic kitchen cooking utensils and spices (salt, pepper, etc).
Guests need to find something, get deliveries or have a problem with the apartment? You can dispatch us to help them make their stay better. Or if you prefer, they can call us directly without your involvement. We can be the concierge service for your guests during their stay.
A/C or Wi-Fi, or appliances not working? We’ll make sure to get the relevant professionals to promptly fix any issues so the stay for the quest is comfortable and with minimal disruption. From Aircon cleaning and maintenance, to electrical, plumbing and door lock & key services, we’ll make sure that your rooms are in shape for any guests at any time.
Finally, when it’s time to leave, we will either meet the guest, or instruct them where to leave the key, as well as help them find transportation on to the next step of their journey. We will clean the room and inform you of any damages just in case the guest needs to be charged extra. We will replenish supplies and get your room ready to start earning again.
